For the past 26 years, I have been helping entrepreneurs raise money, scale rapidly and complete successful exit events.

For the next 10 years, my passion is to dramatically improve outcomes in the Innovation Ecosystem.

The 85% failure rate for startups is ridiculous - I know that we can do better.  I highlight Best Practices and Rookie Mistakes via interviews, speaking engagements, workshops and blogs.

I feel privileged to have served on the management teams of 8 venture capital backed startups, 3 of which completed successful IPOs and 3 were acquired by large corporations.  I have been fortunate enough to have closed over $1 Billion in financial transactions including raising money from Angel Investors, Venture Capital Firms, Strategic Corporate Investors and completing IPOs and Mergers and Acquisitions from the buy side and the sell side.

I love working with entrepreneurs because the energy is addicting and I get to help them build successful companies that make customers lives better and also create wealth for their teams and their investors.

I especially like to work with investors & entrepreneurs who also happen to be veterans of the US Military along with First Responders who protect our communities. It is extremely rewarding to work with the 10%’ers who actually care enough to put their country before their own comfort. The drive, the discipline, and the “I’ve got your back on this” ethos is highly valued and best experienced in person.

If you are involved in the Innovation Ecosystem, please connect with me and get engaged in the dialog.  It's an amazing ride that I have enjoyed for 26+ years, and I love every minute of it.
